What's in your property health report?
Once your property has been assessed, we’ll provide a comprehensive Health Report with a clear overview of what was inspected and the condition of each area.
Each item is given a 1–5 rating, ranging from health and safety or operational risks requiring attention, through to lower-priority items and life-cycle replacements. This gives you a simple way to understand the condition and priority of each item.
We’ll address each area of your property separately, with clear explanations and photos to help you easily identify the location and understand any issues found.
At the end of the report, we’ll provide a summary of recommended work and, where applicable, a fixed-price quote. There is no obligation to proceed, so you can take the time to review the findings, consider your options, and decide which recommendations, if any, are right for you.
What's not included.
Your Health Check is designed to give you a clear picture of the accessible plumbing, gasfitting and drainage systems around your property. However, some issues cannot be fully assessed through a visual inspection alone.
If we identify something that requires a closer look, we’ll explain what we’ve found and what is needed to understand the cause or extent of the issue. This is particularly important for drainage and non-visible systems, such as underground pipework, which may require specialised equipment such as CCTV, hydro jetting, drone roof assesment, or root cutting.
These further investigations, as well as any repairs, are not included in the Health Check. If we recommend additional work, we’ll provide a fixed-price quote upfront and explain the options available to you.
You remain in control throughout the process. Nothing additional will be carried out without your approval, and there is no obligation to proceed.

Why get a Health Check and who should get one?
Your property’s plumbing, gasfitting and drainage systems operate continuously, but many problems can develop gradually and go unnoticed until they result in a leak, blockage, system failure or expensive damage.
A Health Check gives you a clear picture of the current condition of these systems, helping you identify potential issues early, understand what needs attention and plan for future maintenance. It also gives you peace of mind knowing what is working well and what you may need to budget for down the track.
A Health Check is particularly useful if you:
- Recently purchased a property
- Preparing to sell
- Own or manage a rental property
- Manage a commercial property*
- Want to stay on top of preventative maintenance
- Haven’t had your plumbing, gasfitting or drainage systems checked in several years
