After‑hours Emergency rates
Emergency plumbing callouts between 4:30pm and 7:30am are charged at an after‑hours rate of $325 +GST for the first hour. This covers urgent response, travel, diagnosis, and the first hour of labour.
Each additional hour after that is charged at $180 +GST.
Standard daytime rates apply outside these hours.
